Each Deacons product is made and finished by hand.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 weeks of purchase.
If your item is marked pre-order, the dispatch window will be shown on the product page.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking details as soon as your order leaves the studio.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or local taxes once the parcel reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We always provide accurate customs documentation to avoid delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’ll love your Deacons piece, but if you change your mind:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• To start a return, email info@deacons.store with your order number.

• Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.

Please note: return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
